MAG-BOOT started with me trying to solve a problem I ran into every single day in the shop. As an auto technician, I was constantly picking up and setting down power tools while working on cars—and never had a good place to put them. I needed something quick, secure, and right within reach. The floor wasn’t ideal, and balancing tools on random surfaces was just asking for trouble.

That’s when I thought—why not make the tool stick to the car?

I wanted a solution that actually worked in the real world. It had to have a strong magnetic hold, be tough enough to handle daily use, fit my batteries perfectly, and most of all, make life in the shop easier. After some trial and error, MAG-BOOT was born.
